This role is all about connecting with kids and families, sharing product knowledge, and creating a positive, high energy store experience that makes everyone feel excited to shop.

Sales Associates act as friendly brand ambassadors, helping customers find the right styles and fits, supporting daily store activities, and keeping the store looking clean, fresh, and ready for the next visit.

This posting is intended to build a candidate pool for when an opening arises at this specific location. Customer Experience & Sales

Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.

Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must have add ons.

Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they’ll love.

Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they’re ready to go and arrive on time.

Store Ops & Execution

Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining or upkeeping of fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.

Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.

Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.

Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals.

Take part in training and coaching: learn, grow, and level up.

Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team oriented environment.

Jump in where needed to support the team.

Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture.

Comfortable talking with people and helping customers.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Bring hustle to the floor, move with purpose, and stay attentive to customers, teammates, and store needs.

Sales: Help drive store sales and conversion through great customer interactions.
