Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of McKinsey's ethical standards, policies and procedures. Investigate and respond to allegations of misconduct, ensuring a fair and thorough process. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve ethical concerns and issues. Monitor and track all allegations and investigations, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up. Conduct trainings and workshops to educate employees on ethical standards and expectations. Develop and implement strategies to promote a strong ethical culture within the organization. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to ethics and compliance. Provide expert guidance and support to employees and leaders on navigating complex ethical issues. Build and maintain positive and trusting relationships with colleagues and clients. Prepare and present reports to senior management on ethics-related matters. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with ethical standards. Collaborate with legal and HR departments on ethics-related matters. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Participate in the development and implementation of new ethical policies and procedures.
