Entry Level Sales Agent

We are looking for ambitious Entry Level Sales Agents to join our growing team.

In this role, you will serve as an ambassador for our business, working with qualified customers and prospective clients who are interested in learning more about their available service options. There is no cold selling involved. Your main focus will be to help interested customers find the solution that best fits their needs and build a service package that improves their everyday lives.

Comprehensive sales and product training will be provided during our paid training program, so no previous sales experience is required.

We are looking for new associates with excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the confidence and professionalism to work face to face with a diverse customer base. We value people who genuinely enjoy connecting with others, understanding their needs, showing empathy, and helping every customer achieve the best possible outcome.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Start each day by reviewing the previous day's customer interactions, ensuring inquiries have been addressed and new service enrollments have been completed accurately
  • Follow up with customers when additional information or assistance is required to complete the enrollment process
  • Attend daily team meetings to review priorities, product updates, and performance goals
  • Review your assigned customer leads, communicate with your leadership team, and prepare for the day ahead
  • Work with assigned customers and prospects, ensuring every individual receives professional, knowledgeable, and attentive service
  • Build personalized service packages based on each customer's needs, preferences, and budget
  • Process new enrollments and service upgrades by accurately collecting customer information and submitting it through the appropriate channels
  • Escalate customer requests or concerns to the appropriate internal teams whenever necessary
  • Handle confidential customer information with the highest level of care while maintaining accurate records within our CRM system
  • Represent our company with professionalism, integrity, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to customer success
  • End each day by reviewing customer account updates to ensure all documentation and service requests have been completed and submitted correctly

Pay: $42,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
