Role Overview We are looking for a meticulous, motivated Entry‑Level Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities Accurately input and update data into nexahire’s systems, maintaining a 99.9% accuracy rate. Manage and maintain data repositories in SAP and SharePoint, ensuring information is current, properly categorized, and easily retrievable. Identify, verify, and correct data discrepancies, preserving data integrity across all platforms. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline data entry processes, recommending automation or workflow improvements. Generate detailed reports and executive summaries using PowerBI, translating raw data into actionable insights. Assist with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling, document preparation, and stakeholder communication, as needed. Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality protocols, safeguarding sensitive information. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Proven experience in data entry or a related role, with a track record of high accuracy and attention to detail. Familiarity with SAP or SharePoint; hands‑on experience is highly desirable. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and other spreadsheet applications.
