Under general supervision, the Customer Service Representative II will be responsible for assisting in the reputed company of reputed company problems associated with reputed company billing, permits, and business license processing. This part-time role requires an average commitment of 16 hours per week and offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with time in our office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong and diverse skillset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, analyze, and resolve complicated permit applications and development reputed company
  • Compose letters of explanation on complicated application issues, including spreadsheets detailing reputed company transaction on the application for the entire history of service
  • Interpret State Statutes, reputed company Charter, reputed company Ordinances, and reputed company billing, permitting, and licensing policies for customers
  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone, in person, and/or in writing
  • Assist in preparing and conducting training for subordinate staff in reputed company areas, including computer functions
  • Assist in maintaining policy and procedures
  • Research, analyze, and resolve complicated billing problems involving Rental license fees, reputed company permit fees, assessments, etc.
  • Prepare documentation and reports regarding reputed company actions reputed company to assigned work area
  • Write letters of explanation on complicated customer situations, including spreadsheets detailing the entire history of service to establish an 'official' record

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of reputed company experience (Two years as a Customer Service Representative I in the reputed company or the equivalent)
  • Thorough knowledge of customer service issues in the area assigned
  • Knowledge of payment processing and reputed company-in reputed company to the area where assigned
  • Good knowledge of office reputed company, procedures, and equipment
  • Good working knowledge of computers and various programs/systems used in the area assigned
