  • Engagement & Lead Escalation: Monitor post comments, incoming DMs, and community interactions daily. Engage warmly with followers and immediately flag potential buyer/seller leads to the agent.

Email Marketing & Client Nurturing
  • Newsletter Assembly: Draft, format, and schedule bi-weekly/monthly email newsletters using the client’s real estate CRM and email marketing software.

  • Resource Promotion: Drive target audience traffic to digital client resources (home valuation landing pages, mortgage calculators, buyer/seller guides).

  • Media Organization: Organize listing photo assets, property walkthrough clips, and client testimonials in shared cloud drives.

Reporting & Agency Collaboration
  • Marketing Syncs: Participate in regular check-ins with the Lead Marketing Strategist to review content calendars, graphic assets, and upcoming campaign priorities.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key engagement metrics (email open/click rates, post reach, direct message inquiries) to assist with ongoing strategy optimization.

Qualifications & Technical Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant; prior experience supporting Residential Real Estate agents or teams is strongly preferred.

  • Software & Tool Proficiency:

    • Organization: Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and project management platforms (Trello, Asana, ClickUp).

  • Communication & Brand Focus: Excellent written English skills with exceptional attention to grammar, tone, and visual detail.

  • Reliability: Self-motivated, highly organized, and proactive about submitting draft content for review well ahead of publishing deadlines.
