Digital Marketing VA Needed: 30-Day Non-Fiction Book Launch (Squarespace & Social Media)

I am a certified lif coach launching a non-fiction self-help/personal growth book targeted at accomplished women in their 50s and 60s in the next 30 days. The book is titled "Trust What You Know".

The book is fully complete. I have an existing website on Squarespace, but I need immediate, fast-turnaround help to build a focused book landing page, establish a 30-day strategy, and manage low-volume, day-to-day social media assets.

This project requires a highly organized Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant or Author Assistant for approximately 2 to 4 hours per week over the next 4–5 weeks.

Core Responsibilities:

•Squarespace Landing Page: Design and launch a clean, high-converting book landing page using my existing Squarespace account. It must feature the book cover, a compelling synopsis (text provided), an author bio, and an embedded email signup form (lead magnet setup).

• Social Media Management: Set up, batch, and schedule 3–4 static posts per week for the next 30 days using automated tools (like Meta Business Suite or Canva).

• Platform Focus: Focus exclusively on Facebook and Instagram, sharing pulled quotes, key takeaways, and countdown graphics.

• Launch Coordination: Assist with basic launch tasks, such as tracking early review copy distribution or helping coordinate a simple email broadcast to a small list.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience building and editing pages specifically on Squarespace.

• Experience with basic graphic design via Canva (ability to turn book text into clean social media graphics).

• Familiarity with publishing or successful book launches is a major plus.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to move quickly with a 30-day deadline.

To Apply: Please share 1–2 examples of landing pages you have built (preferably on Squarespace) and a brief summary of your experience managing social media content.
