Position Overview

Thermoflux is seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy and drive customer acquisition across Canada.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who understands lead generation, online advertising, branding, analytics, latest trends in AI driven D2C leads generation and conversion optimization. Your success will directly contribute to the growth of our company and the expansion of clean energy solutions across the country.

In addition to your Digital Marketing Manager duties, you will be responsible for HR leadership duties and office management. You will support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks as needed. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in keeping the office running smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule — ensuring that the trains keep running on time, all the time.

The ideal candidate is one that is quick-witted and takes pride in finding solutions; if you don’t know something in the day-to-day office tasks, you research it in this information age we live in and complete the task.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that generate qualified homeowner leads.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Oversee social media strategy and online brand presence.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
  • Increase website traffic, lead generation, and customer conversions.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Manage marketing budgets for maximum results.
  • In addition to your digital marketing responsibilities, it will be your responsibility to hire staff that order fulfill the leads you generate.
  • Dispatch leads to the sales team and report productivity to management daily
  • Dispatch completed work orders from the sales team to the technical team for order fulfilment
  • Support scheduling, correspondence, filing, document preparation, and general office organization.
Qualifications
  • Experience in digital marketing, marketing management, or a related field.
  • Of far greater importance is experience with a track record of proven results than traditional education.
  • Demonstrated success managing digital advertising campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, email marketing, analytics and the latest trends in AI driven marketing.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
  • Experience generating consumer leads is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience in HVAC, home services, renewable energy, or construction marketing is an advantage.
  • Leadership skills are an asset
