What Does a Dynasty Creator Scout Do?

Your job is simple:

Discover → Contact → Introduce → Submit

Dynasty provides Scouts with access to the Dynasty Intelligence Network, Dynasty's creator discovery and scouting software.

As a Scout, you will use the Dynasty Intelligence Network software to find potential creator prospects, search for creators who match Dynasty's current recruiting criteria, contact creators and introduce them to Dynasty Creator Network, explain the opportunity and answer basic questions, and submit interested creators to the Dynasty Creator Application Center.

Over time, you can build your own network of digital creators.

That's it.

Your primary responsibilities are finding creators, making initial contact, introducing Dynasty, and submitting interested creators.

Once a creator is submitted, the Dynasty team handles the rest.

THE DYNASTY INTELLIGENCE NETWORK — YOUR PRIMARY SCOUTING TOOL

This is one of the most important parts of the Dynasty Scout Program.

Dynasty Scouts do not have to spend their time manually searching YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other social media platforms looking for creators.

Instead, Scouts will have access to the Dynasty Intelligence Network, Dynasty's creator discovery and scouting software.

The Dynasty Intelligence Network is designed to be the Scout's primary tool for finding creators.

1. Log Into the Dynasty Intelligence Network

Scouts log into the Dynasty Intelligence Network and search the system for creators that match Dynasty's current recruiting criteria.

The platform is designed to help Scouts find potential creator prospects without having to manually search through thousands of social media accounts.

2. Find Suitable Creators

The Dynasty Intelligence Network is designed to find and surface established and emerging digital creators who may be a good fit for Dynasty Creator Network.

Scouts can use the system to search for potential creator prospects based on Dynasty's current recruiting criteria.

The goal is simple:

The system helps Scouts find the creators. Scouts focus on making the connection.

3. Contact the Creator

Once a suitable creator is found through the Dynasty Intelligence Network, the Scout contacts the creator and introduces them to Dynasty Creator Network.

The Scout's role is to start the conversation and explain the opportunity.

4. Submit the Creator

If the creator is interested, the Scout adds the creator to the Dynasty Creator Application Center for review by the Dynasty team.

Dynasty then handles the creator review, qualification, onboarding, platform services, monetization, and ongoing support.

That's the Scout's primary job:

Find creators → Contact creators → Introduce Dynasty → Submit interested creators

The Dynasty Intelligence Network is designed to become the central scouting tool Scouts use to build their own creator networks and develop long-term residual commission opportunities.

Earn Ongoing Monthly Residual Commissions

This is not simply a one-time referral opportunity.

When a creator you recruit joins Dynasty and becomes active on supported platforms and services, you may become eligible to receive ongoing monthly residual commissions associated with that creator, subject to the applicable Scout compensation terms.

As you successfully build your creator network, your potential commission income can grow with the number and activity of qualifying creator relationships.

Potential Annual Income: $10,000–$100,000+ Per Year

Depending on the number and activity of qualifying creators you successfully introduce, potential annual commission income may range from $10,000 to $100,000+ per year.

Actual earnings depend on individual performance, successful creator referrals, creator activity, qualifying creator relationships, and applicable Scout compensation terms.

Digital Content Creator Scouts are not traditional sales representatives.

You do not need to sell expensive products or close complicated deals.

Your primary responsibilities are:

You are not responsible for negotiating creator contracts, managing creator accounts, providing platform services, or handling monetization.

After submission, the Dynasty team handles creator qualification, onboarding, platform management, monetization services, sales optimization, creator support, and ongoing creator relationships.

Your focus remains on creator discovery and introductions.
