At Binners, we don’t just tear things down - we build reputations.<br><br>We’re looking for a <strong>Demolition Foreman (Team Lead)</strong> who takes ownership, drives productivity, and leads from the front.<br><br>If you’re experienced in demolition, can lead a crew, execute efficiently, communicate effectively, control costs, and ensure jobs are profitable, this role is for you.<br><br>This isn’t just another demo job.<br><br>This is a leadership position.<br><br><strong>Who We Are<br><br></strong>Binners started in 2018 with one mission: <strong>be reliable.<br><br></strong>Today, we support contractors across the GTA with demolition, bin rentals, waste removal, and full-service site cleanups.<br><br><strong>Our Clients Trust Us Because<br><br></strong><ul><li>We show up.</li><li>We communicate.</li><li>We execute professionally.</li><li>We GET IT DONE.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Your Role As Demolition Foreman (Team Lead)<br><br></strong>You are responsible for:<br><br><ul><li>Leading a demolition crew on residential and commercial projects.</li><li>Planning and executing demo floor-by-floor / section-by-section.</li><li>Managing daily productivity and ensuring real progress is visible.</li><li>Cost management and ensuring project profitability.</li><li>Coordinating with dispatch and operations.</li><li>Maintaining site safety and compliance (OHSA standards).</li><li>Ensuring bins are filled efficiently and on schedule.</li><li>Representing Binners professionally on-site.</li><li>You are not just demolishing, you are running the site for Binners.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Job Execution:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Read and understand scope before work begins.</li><li>Break down projects strategically (room by room/floor by floor).</li><li>Delegate tasks clearly to crew members.</li><li>Prevent inefficiencies and downtime.</li><li>Ensure bins are filled properly and swaps are coordinated.</li><li>Keep the job on schedule.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Profit & Loss Accountability (CRITICAL)<br><br></strong><ul><li>You are responsible for completing a P/L statement at the end of every project.</li><li>We provide the template based on quoted figures for each project.<br><br></li></ul><strong>You Must<br><br></strong><ul><li>Track labour hours vs quoted hours.</li><li>Track bin counts and disposal costs.</li><li>Monitor material handling costs.</li><li>Control overages and inefficiencies.</li><li>Identify where margins were gained or lost.</li><li>Submit finalized project P/L for review.<br><br></li></ul>Your bonus is directly influenced by overall project profitability.<br><br><strong>Communication & Reporting<br><br></strong><ul><li>Communicate daily progress with management.</li><li>Report site changes or scope issues immediately.</li><li>Document site conditions with photos.</li><li>Coordinate with dispatch for bin swaps and removals.</li><li>Escalate issues before they become problems.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Safety Leadership<br><br></strong><ul><li>Enforce PPE requirements at all times.</li><li>Ensure OHSA compliance.</li><li>Identify hazards and correct unsafe work immediately.</li><li>Maintain clean and organized work areas.</li><li>Lead by example.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We’re Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li>3+ years demolition experience.</li><li>1+ year experience leading a crew.</li><li>Valid G Driver’s License.</li><li>Current Certificates (ie.
