Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to support AI CoE’s Machine Learning and Data Science initiatives. The role involves end‑to‑end delivery of data science solutions, from exploration and feature engineering to model development, validation, and insights communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and evaluate models (regression, classification, forecasting, experimentation, A/B testing)
Translate business problems into practical ML/data science solutions
Perform data exploration, preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Generate insights and communicate results effectively to stakeholders
Work with SQL and Python for predictive modeling and analytics
Collaborate with ML engineers, data engineers, and business partners
Support enterprise AI and analytics solutions from exploration to production readiness

Required Skills:
Strong applied ML, statistical modeling, and analytics expertise
Expert knowledge of SQL and Python
Hands‑on experience with predictive modeling, classification, regression, anomaly detection, recommendation systems, churn prediction, personalization, and marketing optimization
Visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI (or similar)
Cloud environments: Azure, Azure ML, Databricks, MLflow (asset)
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
