You Are

A thought leader and an expert in the field of Data & Analytics, who can connect and advise senior clients leveraging your storytelling skills and strong data driven mindset. As an AI & Data leader, you will coach our up-and-coming leaders and help develop their careers, in addition to guiding our diverse multi-disciplinary workforces, on a day-to-day basis solving our client’s data challenges.

As a Data Management Lead-Palantir, you will apply deep delivery acumen for data driven engagements, architecting value, and leverage operating model architecture skills to influence client agendas through business insight to usher in data driven reinvention and make data governance a part of their organization culture. You will partner with our clients to make bold decisions on priority C-Suite issues at the intersection of business, technology, and operations within a complex data management landscape, in keeping with client industry and global economic, technology and social trends.

What You’ll Do- Lead end-to-end program/project delivery, ensuring successful execution against scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations

  • Define and manage project scope, estimation, planning, and governance frameworks in alignment with organizational standards and PMBOK principles
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication, managing expectations across senior client leaders, cross-functional teams, and executive sponsors
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution and minimal impact to delivery
  • Provide strategic guidance and advisory support to align project objectives with broader business and transformation goals
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, enabling integrated delivery across business, technology, and operations teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing project management methodologies, tools, and delivery quality
  • Champion innovation and value creation through optimized resource utilization, streamlined processes, and delivery excellence
  • Support and lead team decision-making, coaching team members and fostering a high-performance delivery environment Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
  • 7-10 years’ experience in project management, managing large, complex, multi-workstream programs
  • 2+ years’ experience managing Palantir based projects
  • Experience applying PMBOK or other structured delivery methodologies
  • Should hold or be eligible to obtain secret security clearance
  • Demonstrated fluency operating within regulated or classified environments English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience delivering projects within the public sector or government environment in Canada
  • Experience advising C-suite or senior leaders on strategic alignment and executive decision-making
  • Experience shaping operating models and governance structures beyond existing frameworks
  • Business development experience supporting revenue growth, pilot funding, or account expansion
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive clarity and outcomes
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are an asset Professional Skills- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes
  • Effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below. The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill a brand new position.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.

It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
