span style font-size 11px nbsp As a Senior Consultant you will combine technical delivery with client engagement helping organisations modernise their data landscape while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to Capco s collaborative consulting culture span b What You ll Do b Design develop and optimise scalable data pipelines and cloud-native data platforms using Snowflake and modern data engineering technologies Build robust ELT ETL solutions integrating data from multiple enterprise sources while ensuring quality security and governance Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and cross-functional delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Optimise Snowflake performance cost management and data modelling to deliver efficient high-performing data platforms Support client engagements through technical leadership solution design mentoring team members and contributing to successful project delivery What We re Looking ForProven experience delivering enterprise-scale data engineering solutions with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake Experience with SQL Python and modern cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Strong understanding of data warehousing dimensional modelling data integration and data governance principles Excellent stakeholder management communication and consulting skills with the ability to influence technical and business audiences Experience working within Agile delivery environments and leading technical workstreamsProven track record building end-to-end ELT ETL ingestion and transformation pipelinesStrong understanding of data warehousing dimensional modeling Iceberg open-table storage formats data integration and data governance principles Experience configuring and deploying advanced Snowflake features and frameworks including Snowpark Dynamic Tables Streams amp Tasks Snowpipe Streaming ingestion dbt Projects and open table formats e g Apache Iceberg Experience with dbt Apache Airflow Kafka or other modern data engineering tools Bonus Points ForRelevant Snowflake certifications or other cloud platform certifications Exposure to financial services banking capital markets or insurance Experience with DevOps CI CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code Previous consulting experience delivering complex client engagements
