Customer Service & Warehouse Support Associate (Tagalog Speaking)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service & Warehouse Support Associate to assist customers, process orders, and support daily warehouse activities at one of our client's facility.. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and is also comfortable assisting with general warehouse duties when required.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare order documentation and assist with invoicing.
  • Provide customers with updates regarding order status, pricing, and product availability.
  • Assist customers with product information and general inquiries.
  • Maintain professional and positive relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and other departments to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
  • Address routine customer concerns and escalate more complex matters to management.
  • Maintain accurate customer, order, and service records.
  • Assist with general administrative and customer-service-related tasks.

Warehouse Support

  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing products.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup.
  • Assist with loading and unloading products when required.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
  • Move materials and products within the warehouse using approved equipment.
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, order processing, administrative, or warehouse experience is an asset.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
  • The ability to communicate in Tagalog is considered an asset due to regular interactions with Tagalog-speaking customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills, including email and order-entry systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Ability to perform general physical warehouse duties safely.

Physical Requirements
This position requires regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving products. The successful candidate must be able to safely handle general warehouse materials and perform the physical duties associated with the position.
The successful candidate will be a dependable and customer-focused team member who can process orders accurately, communicate professionally, and assist with warehouse operations when needed.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
