Customer Service Specialist - Remote for Moms (No Experience)

In this Customer Service Specialist position, you'll serve as a dedicated supporter for customers seeking assistance. If you're passionate about customer satisfaction and find fulfillment in positively impacting someone's experience, this opportunity could be ideal for you.

What you will be doing: You'll provide real-time customer support by responding to inquiries through live chat platforms on company websites and social media channels. You may field questions from established customers needing assistance or engage with prospective clients interested in learning more about offerings.

Success in this role requires strong empathy, composure under pressure, and the ability to remain professional when customers express frustration or concerns.

Contract length: Flexible, ongoing arrangement with no set end date

Rate: $25 to $35 hourly

Skills/background needed: Access to a compatible device for engaging with chat systems and social platforms (smartphone/tablet/computer). Capacity to manage tasks independently without constant supervision. Competency in following detailed protocols and written guidelines. Minimum 10+ weekly hours of schedule availability. Dependable, high-speed internet access.
