In this overnight, full‑time remote position, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking clarity on their health benefits. Key Responsibilities

  • First‑Call Resolution: Resolve customer inquiries on the first call by accurately identifying the issue—whether it’s benefits, eligibility, claims, or financial accounts.
