Euro Architectural Components
is looking for an experienced Customer service Agent - Industrial to join our team at our warehouse service counter and showroom counter. Euro Architectural Component, is the largest railing and fencing component supplier in Canada and a specialized division of Richelieu Hardware located in Woodbridge, Ontario.

More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to
:

  • Receive calls, emails and walk-in orders and requests from customers
  • Receive and enter customer orders; coordinate based on product availability
  • Check stock levels, shipping and delivery dates, monitor back‑ordered items; communicate with customers and keep them informed when necessary
  • Confirm delivery site address and any additional transport or delivery information
  • Organize and process customer payments
  • Track and handle order and delivery issues to resolve them or escalate according to company policy
  • Assist customers, when they come to pick up their orders
  • Prepare the documentation required for processing customer orders
  • As product knowledge increases, communicate with customers by phone and email to promote our products
  • Receive and process product returns and credits as necessary
  • Perform daily administrative tasks, including filing and answering phone calls when needed
  • Carry out other assigned tasks requiring in‑depth knowledge of products and procedures, when necessary


Requirements :

  • Must be fluent and well-spoken in the English language; French is an asset
  • Experience working in a B2B environment in a customer service or sales role
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence, and comfort with both telephone and in-person contacts
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada
