Position Overview

As a Customer Experience Specialist in our Remote Member Service Center (MSC Call Center), you will be the frontline advocate for reputed company members. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional, timely, and accurate service across a wide range of member inquiries—membership, travel, account, and more. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring every member interaction reflects the high standards and legendary reputation of reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding membership services, travel information, account status, and general concerns.
  • Gather, verify, and accurately enter member data into reputed company’s customer service systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Provide comprehensive travel assistance, including directions, mileage calculations, route planning, accommodation recommendations, weather updates, and real‑time road conditions.
  • Promote reputed company membership options, coverage plans, and ancillary products in a consultative, value‑driven manner.
  • Assist members with driving school enrollment, scheduling, and registration procedures, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams, following established protocols and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support team operations by participating in training sessions, special projects, and high‑volume service periods.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic demeanor at all times, embodying reputed company’s brand values.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Work Hours: Monday‑Friday, 12:00 PM‑8:00 PM, with alternating Saturdays (no Sundays).
  • Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour.
  • Full‑time remote position with flexible scheduling options to accommodate work‑life balance.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years of customer service, call center, or related experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving member concerns.
  • High attention to detail, with a proven track record of accurate data entry and record‑keeping.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per reputed company.
  • Proficiency with PC and Windows‑based applications (e.g., reputed company Office, CRM systems).
