We are the technical backbone that ensures our security portfolio performs reliably in every environment.<br /> </p><p><b>Who Youll Work With</b></p><p>We collaborate with engineering, product teams, and field staff to bridge the gap between development and deployment. We engage customers and partners to verify security plans, manage technology shifts, and solve infrastructure challenges. We work across boundaries to ensure that our security solutions are integrated, effective, and aligned with client needs.<br /> </p><p><b>What Youll Do</b></p><ul><li><b>Architect and Resolve:</b> We build secure systems and resolve critical technical issues to maintain high availability and performance!</li><li><b>Optimize and Update:</b> We debug product issues, implement feature updates, and fine-tune configurations to meet specific business requirements.</li><li><b>Share Knowledge:</b> We draft technical documentation and conduct training sessions to share information and elevate the skills of the entire team.</li><li><b>Deploy and Scale:</b> We deploy Cisco security products, optimize their integration, and scale solutions to meet evolving threat landscapes.</li><li><b>Mentor and Grow:</b> We train peers, build technical skills within our group, and guide the professional development of our fellow engineers.<br /> </li></ul><p><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent.</li><li>8+ years of experience in complex technical environments.</li><li>Ability to apply critical thinking to ambiguous situations.</li><li><span>Bilingual Fluency Canadian French + English</span><br /> </li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Proficiency in Identity & Policy (Cisco ISE, Duo), Network Security (TrustSec, Secure Firewall), Threat Intelligence (Secure Network Analytics, Secure Endpoint), Cloud & Edge Security (Umbrella, SD-WAN), and clear technical communication.</li></ul><p><b>Responsable technique de la prestation aux clients – Sécurité<br /><br />Introduction</b></p><p>Nous pilotons des projets de sécurité et résolvons des problèmes techniques complexes afin d’assurer la protection continue de nos clients. The full salary range for certain locations is listed below. For locations not listed below, the recruiter can share more details about compensation for the role in your location during the hiring process.</p><p></p><p>U.S. employees are offered benefits, subject to Cisco’s plan eligibility rules, which include medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:</p><ul><li><p>.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;</p></li><li><p>1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;</p></li><li><p>1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and</p></li><li><p>Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.</p><p></p><p>The applicable full salary ranges for this position, by specific state, are listed below:</p><p></p><p>New York City Metro Area:</p>$158,200.00 - $241,700.00<p></p><p>Non-Metro New York state & Washington state:</p>$140,600.00 - $241,800.00<p></p><p>* For quota-based sales roles on Cisco’s sales plan, the ranges provided in this posting include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined.</p><p>** Employees in Illinois, whether exempt or non-exempt, will participate in a unique time off program to meet local requirements.</p>
