Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and manage documentation with accuracy and compliance
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through follow-up
  • Collaborate with your team to enhance service and efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada or US
  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
  • Previous experience in customer service, admin, or client-facing roles is an advantage
