Title: Independent Contractor – CPT-11375 Logistics Compliance & Administrative Support Virtual Assistant/Business Support VA/Entry-Senior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

A growing third-party logistics (3PL) company specializing in the storage and shipment of chemicals is seeking a Logistics Compliance & Administrative Support Virtual Assistant to provide back-office support across data entry, compliance documentation, and general administrative operations.

The primary objective of this role is to take recurring administrative and documentation responsibilities off the owner so she can focus more heavily on CEO-level responsibilities and scaling the business. The VA will work within the company's existing systems and processes, with direct training provided by the client.

This is primarily a back-office position with limited client-facing responsibilities initially. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working with operational data and documentation, and capable of learning logistics and warehouse workflows quickly.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

General Administrative Support

  • Maintain spreadsheets, files, and business documentation

  • Assist with routine administrative projects

  • Prepare basic reports and summaries as requested

  • Support the owner with recurring operational tasks

  • Take on additional responsibilities as processes are learned and the role expands

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
