Controls System Engineer
We're looking for a talented <strong>Controls Engineer</strong> to join our clients growing team in <strong>GTA, ON r</strong>egion.<br><br><strong>Pay </strong>- $100k-$120k/year + Other benefits<br><br><strong>Shift </strong>- Days<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:-<br><br></strong><ul><li>Design, program, and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Bosch). </li><li>Develop and integrate motion control systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and servo systems. </li><li>Create, review, and update electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical. </li><li>Implement, test, and maintain electrical safety systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. </li><li>Support installation, commissioning, and optimization of automated equipment. </li><li>Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and production teams to ensure seamless system integration. </li><li>Provide technical support, training, and documentation for control systems. </li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications:-<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent experience). </li><li>Proven experience in PLC and HMI programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Bosch). </li><li>Strong knowledge of motion control systems, VFDs, and industrial automation. </li><li>Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical for electrical schematics and panel layouts. </li><li>Solid understanding of industrial electrical safety standards and practices. </li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities.</li></ul>
