Dans ce poste : Un coach agile est une personne qui appuie une organisation, une équipe, ou un individu à adopter ou améliorer la façon dont elle pratique l’agilité. Il fournit un coaching qui a pour but de soit transformer la gestion de projet qu’a sa cible, soit fluidifier son utilisation de l’agilité.

Le coach agile intermédiaire d’équipe est reconnu pour son accompagnement à différentes équipes dans la réalisation de leurs mandats en favorisant l’utilisation des pratiques agile. Il doit également participer aux activités de mise en place de l’agilité des organisations concernées et en assurer le bon fonctionnement. Il peut accompagner et appuyer un Coach Agile senior responsable d’un secteur donné pour la réalisation des activités et des travaux pour le mode Agile.


Exigences : 

  • Avoir la citoyenneté canadienne ou un permis de travail en règle;

  • Pouvoir travailler en francais (oral et écrit)

  • Avoir un diplôme de baccalauréat en technologie de l'information (TI) ou de niveau supérieur ;

  • Avoir une certification Product Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) ou Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) ou équivalent ;

  • Posséder un minimum de dix (10) années d’expérience dans le domaine des approches agiles, le domaine des technologies de l’information, amélioration continue, gestion de projet, méthodologie agile, pédagogie ou toute autre domaine jugé pertinent ;

  • Avoir occupé pendant un minimum de 5 ans un poste à titre de conseiller en approches agiles, dans des organisations comparables à celle d’un organisme gouvernemental québécois.
