Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in the finance industry
  • Proven ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to the changing needs of a growing business
  • Ability to represent the organization with professionalism and integrity
Responsibilities
  • Assist with transfer requests.
  • Input and maintain accurate transaction data in Solvas.
  • Receive, verify, and process Standing Settlement Instructions (SSIs), initiating the callback process when required.
  • Review administrative details and update Solvas and DebtDomain with accurate information.
  • Assist with bank charge processing and ensure client accounts remain adequately funded.
  • Reconcile client accounts and coordinate transfer fee reconciliations with the Accounts team.
  • Send missing notifications to lenders and borrowers, and respond to related queries.
  • Review basic deal documentation and accurately input relevant information into internal systems.
  • Support audit requests by preparing and providing the required documentation.
  • Assist in preparing weekly MIS reports.
  • Train with Senior Client Services Administrators to develop knowledge of daily operational workflows.
  • Escalate operational issues and relevant matters promptly to the Team Leader and/or Managers.
  • Perform due diligence to identify potential fraud, money laundering, and financial or reputational risks.
  • Comply with the annual leave policy by taking a continuous leave of at least 10 working days each year, unless otherwise approved by management.
