Make an impact as an experienced Client Services Specialist (Inside Sales) to support our National Digital Sales team. This newly created opportunity focuses on a portfolio of unmanaged recurring accounts , ensuring consistent engagement, retention, customer satisfaction and identification of growth opportunities across MNP Digital's solutions and services portfolio.

Success in this role is driven by being a great communicator, developing credibility through understanding how to drive business value for our clients, and ultimately instilling trust in all your client and MNP relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Building, managing, and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders and influencers through taking a credible, value-centric approach to all meetings and client interactions
  • Supporting customer retention, renewals, and satisfaction initiatives by developing a deep understanding of our products and services and helping clients recognize and maximize the business value they deliver
  • Managing and maintaining client and opportunity data in MNP's Dynamics CRM and other related sales enablement programs
  • Working towards the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly Key Performance Indicators that will help drive client growth.
  • Working with opportunities generated from our sales enablement organization
  • Partnering with Practice and Sales Leaders to evolve and maintain sales forecasting metrics and data

Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience in account management, client success, inside sales, business development or customer relationship management
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with complex sales in the technology industry; particularly in a professional services organization
  • Experience with remote selling, video conferencing, webinars, presentations, and other similar client development activities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and its use with Dynamics is an asset
  • A team-oriented mindset to success – understanding how your individual contributions are foundational to the team's success
  • A results and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues and opportunities to closure
  • An ability to initiate and build relationships, credibility, and trust with people across all clients and all levels of MNP's professional services organization
  • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
