About Kinetic Wireless Kinetic Wireless is a growing field-sales organization based in Langley, BC. As an authorized Rogers dealer, we connect customers with wireless and home connectivity solutions suited to their needs.

We are expanding the Team in GTA and building a team. We are looking for people who want to develop valuable sales skills, take ownership of their results and grow in a supportive, performance-focused environment.

About The Opportunity As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will meet prospective customers face to face, learn about their current services and introduce appropriate Rogers solutions.

Kinetic Wireless provides assigned residential territories and customer opportunities, so you can concentrate on speaking with customers instead of creating your own lead lists.

Assigned opportunities are prospective customers, not guaranteed appointments or sales.

This opportunity can be a strong fit for:

  • Someone beginning a career in sales
  • A candidate transitioning from retail, hospitality or customer service
  • An experienced salesperson looking for uncapped earning potential
  • A motivated individual who wants measurable performance experience
  • Someone interested in developing toward future leadership responsibilities
Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Communication, reliability, resilience and willingness to learn matter more. An Honest Look at Field Sales: Field sales can be enjoyable and rewarding, but it requires consistency. You will approach new people, handle objections, work toward sales targets and spend time outdoors.

You will not be expected to figure everything out alone. We provide paid onboarding, practical coaching and ongoing guidance as you develop. Our team works hard, learns quickly and makes a point of celebrating progress and strong results together.

If you are prepared to show up consistently, apply feedback and take ownership of your performance, you can build valuable skills and a meaningful track record here.

What You’ll Do:

  • Represent Kinetic Wireless and Rogers residential services professionally
  • Service company-assigned residential territories and customer opportunities
  • Engage prospective customers through face-to-face outreach
  • Learn about customer needs and explain appropriate service options
  • Build genuine rapport through clear and respectful conversations
  • Work toward defined personal sales and quality targets
  • Complete customer orders using approved systems
  • Maintain accurate customer-interaction and sales records
  • Follow privacy, consent, identification and brand requirements
  • Participate in coaching and performance-development sessions
What You’ll Receive:
  • Paid onboarding and training during your initial development period
  • Assigned customer opportunities and residential territories
  • Hands-on coaching from leaders with field-sales experience
  • Approved sales materials and order-submission systems
  • Ongoing product, promotion and compliance support
  • Uncapped commission-based earning potential following training
  • Performance bonuses, incentives and team contests
  • Merit-based opportunities to take on additional responsibilities
  • A positive team environment where effort and results are recognized
  • Coordinated transportation from the office to most territories
Compensation eligibility, training pay, commission calculations, payment timing and applicable conditions will be explained clearly during the interview before a candidate decides whether to proceed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills
  • A positive, professional and resilient attitude
  • Confidence speaking with people face to face
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage field responsibilities
  • Openness to coaching and performance feedback
  • Comfort working outdoors in a customer-facing environment
  • Reliable transportation to and from our Langley office
  • Ability to travel independently when required for an assignment
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada
  • Regular availability during customer-contact periods, including some weekends
For full-time participation, candidates should be prepared to regularly service territories approximately five days per week. Independent contractors coordinate their available service days with the team and manage their field activity within approved customer-contact periods. Application Process: Apply with your résumé and current contact information.

Our in-office HR manager reviews applications regularly. Qualified candidates will be contacted for a short introductory call, followed by an interview where we will explain:

  • The paid training structure
  • The commission and bonus program
  • How territories and opportunities are assigned
  • Field expectations and available support
  • The independent contractor agreement
  • The next available onboarding date
If you enjoy working with people, are motivated by measurable results and want to develop with a team that takes coaching seriously, we would like to hear from you.
