Au sein d’une équipe de travail dédiée et professionnelle, vous serez appelé à offrir un service aux clients et aux participants dans le cadre de l’administration de régimes de retraite à prestations déterminées. Vos responsabilités

  • Agir comme gestionnaire de comptes client
  • Participer à l’organisation et à la planification annuelle des travaux relatifs à l’administration des régimes de retraite
  • Participer à la vérification des travaux et en assurer le suivi de l’avancement
  • Former et encadrer les ressources de l’équipe
  • Soutenir l’équipe dans la réalisation des différents projets spéciaux
  • Élaborer le budget et en assurer le suivi
  • Accroitre la satisfaction des clients en écoutant leurs besoins et en répondant à leurs diverses demandes, ainsi qu’à celles des participants et des fiduciaires
  • Proposer des améliorations à nos différents processus
  • Développer de nouveaux liens d'affaires, de nouvelles ententes avec les clients existants et contribuer à développer de nouveaux marchés avec les clients potentiels.

Qualifications recherchées

  • Un minimum de 7 ans d’expérience pertinente
  • Baccalauréat en mathématiques, finance, administration, actuariat ou tout autre formation jugée adéquate
  • Esprit d’équipe hors du commun
  • Pensée analytique bien aiguisée et avoir le souci du détail
  • Sens de l’organisation et de débrouillardise
  • Aptitudes de communication et de collaboration
  • Bonne capacité à gérer et mobiliser une équipe de travail
  • Bonnes habiletés en matière de service à la clientèle
  • Bonne maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit, être bilingue serait un atout
  • Bilingue français et anglais -Une connaissance intermédiaire de l'anglais est requise, car vous serez appelé(e) sur une base régulière à interagir en anglais avec des parties externes (par ex. clients, fournisseurs ou partenaires externes) dans le cadre des tâches liées à ce poste dont la portée est nationale
  • Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Excel
