Key Responsibilities


  • Comprehensive Cleaning: Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize assigned areas across residential homes, offices, and commercial properties.

  • Detail-Oriented Care: Deep-clean kitchens, bathrooms, workspaces, and high-traffic common areas to precise company standards.

  • Sanitization & Safety: Disinfect high-touch surfaces using approved cleaning products and equipment safely and responsibly.

  • Quality Control: Inspect spaces prior to completion to ensure no detail is missed and standards are consistently met.

  • Communication & Reporting: Promptly report any property damages, maintenance needs, or low inventory/supplies to management.

  • Client Satisfaction: Deliver respectful, professional, and friendly customer service during every visit.

What We're Looking For


  • Experience: Prior experience in professional cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person!

  • Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, high reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team-first attitude.

  • Independence: Capability to work autonomously while managing time effectively to meet task deadlines.

  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills with a focus on great client interactions.

  • Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the country.

Role Requirements


  • Physical Capability: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, climb stairs, and perform repetitive physical movements throughout a shift.

  • Lifting: Ability to lift and transport cleaning equipment and supply caddies (up to 25–30 lbs).

  • Tech-Ready: Possession of a modern smartphone with data access for scheduling apps and team check-ins.

  • Background Check: Must successfully pass a standard background check upon hire.

  • Transportation: Reliable personal transportation (or access to reliable transit) to travel between client locations.

  • Availability: Flexible availability; occasional evening or weekend shifts may be available.
