Cleaner / Route Manager – Up to $25 per Hour

Location: Toronto Beaches and East York, ON
Positions available: Full-time and part-time
Compensation: Up to $25 per hour, plus tips

MOLLY MAID Toronto Beaches is looking for a positive, dependable and motivated Cleaner / Route Manager to join our team of cleaning professionals. This position combines residential cleaning with team leadership, client communication, quality inspections and administrative responsibilities.

You will work with a teammate to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services that help clients enjoy clean and comfortable homes.

Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but it is not required. We provide paid, on-the-job training to help you succeed.

Schedule requirements

  • Availability Monday through Friday
  • Regular working hours primarily between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
  • Flexibility for occasional earlier start times or later finish times
  • Flexibility for occasional additional shifts

What you will do

  • Travel with a teammate to clients’ homes throughout Toronto Beaches and East York
  • Professionally clean multiple homes each day
  • Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitize assigned areas
  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces
  • Follow MOLLY MAID cleaning procedures and quality standards
  • Lead and support your cleaning partner
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members
  • Inspect completed work and provide constructive feedback
  • Complete required administrative tasks and cleaning documentation
  • Handle clients’ homes and belongings with care and respect
  • Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment and the company vehicle

Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, room attendance, client service or team leadership is an asset, but not required.
