Key Responsibilities Oversee chemical processes during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operation. Monitor process parameters and implement adjustments to maintain optimal performance. Respond to and resolve operational issues and equipment malfunctions promptly. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing yield, reducing costs, and improving safety. Collaborate with maintenance teams on equipment reliability and preventative maintenance schedules. Ensure adherence to all safety and environmental regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering . 2-4 years of experience in chemical plant operations or a related manufacturing role. Hands-on experience with process control systems and instrumentation. Solid understanding of chemical engineering principles applied to industrial production.
