Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Chat Supportto join our team at our Mississauga office. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

This is a fully on-site position at our office located at 77 City Centre Drive, Mississauga, ON.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with account-related questions and basic troubleshooting.
  • Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow established customer service procedures and communication guidelines.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other departments when additional assistance is required.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries when necessary.
  • Help maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service, chat support, call centre, or administrative experience is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations.
  • Comfortable working with computers, web-based platforms, and customer support systems.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
