[CARROT SOLUTIONS] Online English-Korean Bilingual English Teacher (Work from Home) 1. Company Introduction Carrot Solutions, a subsidiary of Carrot Global, has over 20 years of experience in the language education and consulting industry. We provide practical and dynamic English-language training solutions to over 1,000 clients, both in Korea and internationally. Website: carrotglobal.net 2. Position Overview We are currently seeking English-Korean bilingual teachers to join our growing team to teach junior students in Busan . This is a remote, part-time position with flexible set schedules. As with last years hiring, selected teachers will undergo online training specifically tailored to the Busan Junior course before they begin teaching. A separate posting will be created for Canadian teachers. Please contact me if you're interested in either position. 3. Class Description Teach 20-minute English lessons using Zoom or phone. All classes are conducted remotely. Class content and materials are provided. Compensation will be discussed based on experience. Typical range: $14.00 to $20.00 CAD/hour Performance bonuses and semi-annual $0.50/hr raises available. 4. Requirements Bachelor's degree (required). Junior ESL teaching experience (preferred). Must be fluent in both English and Korean. (Korean-American, Korean-Canadian, or Korean nationals welcome.) Must be able to explain English grammar in Korean. Reliable hard-wired internet and a quiet teaching environment. A headset, webcam, and OS: Windows 10+ or macOS 11+ (Big Sur/Monterey). Must pass a criminal background check (consent required). 5. Schedule Options (Fixed Sets Cannot be changed): Teachers must choose and commit to one of the following availability sets: Set 1 : Monday & Thursday, 5:00 PM 10:00 PM KST Set 2 : Tuesday & Friday, 5:00 PM 10:00 PM KST Set 3 : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 5:00 PM 10:00 PM KST Teachers are expected to open a minimum of 8 hours per week within their selected set. 6.
