To support our current and upcoming needs, we are building a talent pool for opportunities across various projects throughout Quebec. Our team will review your profile and align you with assignments that best match your expertise, interests, and location. As a Survey Calculator within Pomerleau’s Surveying Services team, you will play a key role in preparing layout data based on digital documents. You will also contribute to the calculation of quantities and volumes as part of the tendering process. Working on large-scale construction projects — ranging from $1.5M to over $1B — you will actively contribute to the accuracy and successful execution of projects. What you will do Read and interpret plans, specifications, and field surveys to ensure data consistency. Perform volume calculations for work progress tracking, payments, and progress reports. Process and structure data for 3D machine guidance and positioning systems. Prepare layout drawings and technical documents in accordance with regulatory standards. Carry out volume calculations for work monitoring or payment purposes. Create 3D models of terrain, infrastructure, and layout projects to support technical teams. Collaborate with field teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure quality and meet deadlines. This role could be for you if you have Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Stong teamwork skills. Effective communication abilities with third parties (other teams or stakeholders at Pomerleau and/or the client). Strong adaptability in challenging and changing situations, and the ability to work under pressure. Additional Assets Proficiency with Leica Suite (Infinity, Cyclone 3DR) and/or Trimble Business Center HCE.
