A day in the life of...

• Work with the Nestlé’s brands to create email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on previously defined strategy;

• HTML creation based on templates including revising, and making changes/corrections when necessary;

• Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool;

• Design customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brands;

• Create A/B tests in order to improve engagement and therefore, deliverability;

• Monitorization of campaigns and creation of KPI reports;

• Ensure campaigns’ deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPI’s;

• Build effective relationship with internal and external international stakeholders.

What will make you successful

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar;

• Experience with any tool of Email Marketing (eg. MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, etc.);

• Knowledge of HTML or CSS;

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written);

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods;

• Good analytical skills;

• Knowledge on Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys (is a plus);

• Passion for the Digital Marketing field
