WHAT IS AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (BUSINESS SUPPORT)?

Our awesome client, a fast-growing, multi-business group with operations across the Philippines and backed by international ownership, is looking for an Executive Assistant (Business Support) to be part of their Business Support and Operations team.

Support the administrative backbone of a growing organization by ensuring every business registration, bank account, employee onboarding requirement, and documentation process is completed accurately and efficiently.

Work closely with internal teams while helping the company expand into new entities and locations through reliable administrative and operational support.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Handle end-to-end business registration and compliance documentation for new and existing entities.
  • Open and manage business bank accounts and coordinate all related paperwork.
  • Support payroll processing and onboarding requirements for retail staff, with full training provided on internal systems.
  • Encode, organize, and maintain accurate business records and documentation.
  • Research registration requirements, permits, licenses, and regulatory processes as the business expands.
  • Ensure all company documents are properly prepared, updated, and maintained.
  • Assist with administrative coordination across different business entities and locations.
  • Handle sensitive company and financial documents with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Occasionally travel locally for branch visits, spot audits, or government and permit-related transactions within Laguna and the South Luzon area.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills — someone who can identify errors and ensure accuracy in every task.
  • Trustworthy and reliable, with the ability to manage confidential company and financial information.
  • A genuine fast learner who is comfortable learning new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Strong administrative and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a work-from-home setup.
  • Based in or able to regularly travel to Laguna / South Luzon for occasional on-site tasks.
  • Looking for a long-term career opportunity and the chance to grow with an expanding business.
  • Prior experience in business registration, bookkeeping, compliance, or back-office administration is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with online time-tracking tools, HR administration platforms, or similar systems is a plus, but training will be provided.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
  • Work-from-home flexibility, with only occasional local travel required.
  • A ground-floor opportunity to grow alongside an expanding, multi-business group, with additional back-office roles expected as the company scales.
  • Hands-on training provided — no prior experience with internal systems is required to apply.
  • Standard Monday–Friday business hours.
  • Real job security with a client that has maintained zero staff attrition over the last 13 years.
  • Join a stable organization with a strong track record of employee retention and a commitment to long-term growth.
  • Be part of a company where your contributions directly support business expansion and operational success.
