The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Business Development Representative to support our international sales activity.

This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who wants to build a serious long-term career in international business expansion, corporate services, Employer of Record solutions, global payroll and consultative B2B sales.

You will work closely with our senior commercial team, using our internal database, lead-generation tools and outreach channels to research prospective customers, identify opportunities and book qualified meetings.

Your primary objective will be to start meaningful conversations with companies that are looking to expand internationally, hire overseas employees, improve their global employment structure or explore corporate services support.

This is not a generic call-centre sales role. It is a career roadmap for someone who wants to develop into a more senior commercial position within the international expansion and corporate services industry.

After 6 months of consistently hitting agreed KPIs, you will be fast-tracked for progression into a Senior Business Manager role.

As a Senior Business Manager, you will assist companies in understanding how to expand their business internationally, structure global hiring, access Employer of Record solutions, explore corporate services support and build practical expansion plans across different markets.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond entry-level sales and develop into a long-term business expansion, corporate services or consultative sales role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain accurate prospect lists for outbound campaigns.
  • Conduct proactive outreach by telephone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other appropriate channels.
  • Engage confidently with senior professionals, including HR leaders, founders, finance executives, business owners and hiring decision-makers.
  • Introduce Bradford Jacobs and clearly explain our international employment, EOR, payroll, recruitment and expansion services.
  • Ask effective questions to understand a prospect’s hiring, expansion or corporate services requirements.
  • Book qualified introductory meetings for the senior commercial team.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects across multiple touchpoints.
  • Personalise outreach based on the prospect’s business, sector, market and likely requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity, responses and next steps within internal systems.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify which messages, sectors and outreach channels generate the strongest engagement.
  • Share prospect feedback and market insights with the wider sales team.
  • Support the testing and improvement of outreach messaging, sequences and target audiences.
  • Work towards agreed activity, meeting-booking and qualification targets.
  • Participate in regular remote meetings, coaching sessions and performance reviews.

About You

Experience and Skills

Previous experience in business development, telesales, appointment setting, recruitment, real estate, corporate services, software sales, customer service or another client-facing role would be beneficial.

Full training will be provided on Bradford Jacobs’ services, target markets, internal systems, sales tools and outreach approach.
