Business Development Representative - Dealer & Strategic Partnerships

Position - Business Development Representative (Dealer & Strategic Partnerships)

Location

Scarborough (Toronto), Ontario

Full-Time | Office-Based

Build Relationships. Create Opportunities. Grow with Everest.

Everest Signs is one of Ontario's leading custom sign manufacturers, serving businesses, institutions and community organizations since 1986. We are expanding our Business Development Department and are looking for an energetic, professional and relationship-oriented individual to help introduce Everest to organizations throughout Ontario and eventually across Canada.

This is not a traditional telesales position. Instead of selling products over the phone, you will build relationships with business owners, executives and organizational leaders, introducing Everest's capabilities and arranging qualified meetings for senior management.

Who Will Thrive in This Role?

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, asking thoughtful questions, building professional relationships and opening doors—not high-pressure selling. If you enjoy creating opportunities and want to build a long-term career in business development, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and establish contact with key decision makers.

· Introduce Everest Signs and our capabilities in a professional manner.

· Build relationships with prospective customers and strategic partners.

· Learn about each organization's current and future requirements.

· Qualify opportunities and arrange introductory meetings with senior management.

· Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.

· Develop long-term business relationships rather than pursuing one-time transactions.

Qualifications

· College diploma or university degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.

· 2–5 years of business development, inside sales, customer service or B2B telephone experience preferred.

· Excellent spoken and written English.

· Confident communicating with business owners, executives and organizational leaders.

· Strong organizational and computer skills.

· CRM and Microsoft Office experience considered an asset.

· Experience in signage, construction, manufacturing or industrial products is an asset.

What We Offer

· Competitive fixed salary.

· Comprehensive training and mentoring.

· Stable, full-time employment.

· Office-based position in Scarborough.

· Career growth within Business Development and Strategic Partnerships.

· Opportunity to help build a new department from the ground up.

· Professional and supportive work environment.
