Please reply if you are interested.</p><p><strong>Job Role : Business Analyst (Business Process and Change Management)</strong></p><p><strong>Location : Toronto, ON</strong></p><p><strong>Long Term Contrac</strong>t </p><p>Job Description: </p><p>• Build relationships with upstream and downstream stakeholders and be key liaison for team </p><p>• Develop expert data and domain knowledge (cross border account transfers including multiple cores, multiple currencies, and multiple payment systems.) </p><p>• Problem solver - Drive identification of solution options and recommendation for the product </p><p>• Adopt a broad Product mindset and drive it within the team </p><p>• Facilitate discussions with ownership across stakeholder teams to get the best outcome for business </p><p>• NFR - Understand product health and reliability requirements and raise awareness within the product team and across stakeholder teams </p><p>• Ensure product quality is maintained/enhanced. Accountable for stories being delivered to Production </p><p>• Actively participate in triage for incidents and issues being reported </p><p>• Develop robust, efficient, scalable processes and apply CI practices </p><p>• Performs analysis and documents functional/non-functional requirements </p><p>• Reviews requirements with the team for accuracy </p><p>• Drives resolution of requirement issues and/or ambiguity within stories </p><p>• Validate completed development items prior to being migrated to QA </p><p>• Review of QA test plan for owned efforts </p><p>• Represents the team in meetings and provide status updates as requested </p><p>• Perform some functional testing as needed </p><p>• Understands consumer data usage needs/patterns </p><p>• Supports Operational and DevOps processes</p><p>Mandatory skills: Banking Domain Knowledge (Global Account Transfers and Liquidity Management)</p><p>Desired skills: Agile</p><p><br></p>
