Bookeeper (Part time) - Construction industry

<p><strong>Feraform Inc.</strong> is looking for an experienced <strong>Part-Time Bookkeeper</strong> to join our growing team. We're a commercial concrete formwork contractor based in Calgary looking for someone who understands construction accounting, job costing, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible hours while working with a solid team.</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong></p><ul><li>Approximately <strong>5–8 hours per week</strong></li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Work from our office, remotely, or a combination of both</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>Sage Accounting</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>construction job costing</strong></li><li>Proficient in <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong></li><li>Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general bookkeeping</li><li>Highly organized with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Able to work independently while collaborating with the team</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping</li><li>Process accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Enter and reconcile financial transactions</li><li>Assist with job costing and project reporting</li><li>Support month-end reconciliations</li><li>Work closely with our <strong>Financial Controller</strong> to maintain accurate financial records, improve reporting, and support ongoing financial processes as the company continues to grow.</li></ul><p><strong>About Feraform</strong></p><p>Feraform Inc. has been serving Alberta's commercial construction industry for over 18 years.
