We're a fast-growing team, and we're looking for another bilingual (English/French) <strong>Student Enrolment Advisor </strong>to join our team and grow with us.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Impact You'll Make</strong></p><ul><li>You're often the first conversation a prospective student has with one of our university partner programs, helping them decide whether it's the right fit. Done well, this work changes career trajectories and fuels our growth.</li><li>You'll own a healthy, well-qualified pipeline and become the go-to expert on your assigned university partner and program, guiding students from first inquiry through to enrolment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Handle inbound enrolment inquiries by phone, email, and SMS, in the student's language of choice (English or French)</li><li>Guide prospective students through the enrolment process with program expertise and a consultative approach</li><li>Manage a disciplined pipeline in Salesforce, with clean notes, tasks, and next steps</li><li>Partner with Marketing, Student Success, and Academic Partnerships, feeding market insight back to the team to improve the student experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What success looks like</strong></p><ul><li>A pipeline that's healthy, current, and contains thoughtful detail</li><li>Prospective students who feel heard, informed, and confident in their decision</li><li>Consistent contribution to intake outcomes</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Strong consultative instincts: trust-building, needs analysis, problem-solving (formal sales training not required)</li><li>Full professional fluency in English and French, written and spoken</li><li>Outstanding communication across diverse audiences</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented under volume, comfortable with Salesforce or a similar CRM plus Excel, Word, and Outlook</li><li>Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity</li><li>Experience in student advising, admissions, or inbound sales is an asset</li><li>Degree from a recognized university</li><li>Legal authorization to work in Canada</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>How We Work</strong></p><p>This role is remote-by-design and our company is based in Toronto.
