Bilingual Microsoft Copilot Facilitator (Contract)

Immediate availability required: Candidates must be available to apply and complete a paid test assignment right away. Onboarding, training, and preparation will begin immediately upon selection, with the first client sessions requiring coverage on August 25, 2026.

Boost LD is hiring an experienced bilingual Microsoft Copilot Facilitator to support a large-scale Microsoft Copilot rollout for a heavy equipment organization.

This contract involves facilitating live virtual Microsoft Copilot training for employees across Canada. The successful facilitator must be fully bilingual in English and Quebec French and able to confidently deliver technical training in French.

This is not an entry-level facilitation role. We are looking for an experienced, energetic facilitator who can lead live software training, answer learner questions in real time, and deliver polished, practical demonstrations within Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate live virtual Microsoft Copilot training sessions in Quebec French.
  • Deliver engaging, practical training to varied learner groups, from field employees to senior leaders.
  • Follow established course materials, slide notes, demonstrations, and timing requirements.
  • Deliver live demonstrations confidently within Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365.
  • Facilitate a combination of:
  • Department-specific workflow sessions
  • Copilot Studio sessions
  • Live office hours and question-and-answer sessions
  • Small-group support sessions based on learner questions and real-world scenarios
  • Work closely with the client and support team during session delivery.
  • Review feedback and make adjustments between sessions as required.
Ideal Facilitator Profile
  • Experienced in facilitating Microsoft Copilot adoption initiatives or highly proficient in Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365.
  • Fully fluent and confident facilitating professional training in Quebec French.
  • Highly comfortable simplifying technical concepts for new or low-confidence technology users.
  • Energetic, engaging, patient, and coaching-oriented.
  • Confident leading live virtual sessions with large and varied learner groups.
  • Able to think quickly and facilitate live demonstrations within Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
  • Well prepared and able to follow established course materials while maintaining a natural, engaging delivery style.
  • Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification during onboarding and preparation.
  • Previous consulting or subcontractor experience is considered an asset.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Previous experience facilitating live virtual training.
  • Available to begin the selection and onboarding process immediately.

Contract DetailsContract Type: Independent Subcontractor invoicing Boost

Delivery Format: Fully Virtual

Engagement Length: Approximately 3 Months Duration (Approximately 200 hours)

Rate: $75 - $85 dollars per hour (Day rates may apply and are negotiable)
