Bilingual Marketing Assistant – English/French

Job Description:

  • Assist in the development, coordination, and distribution of marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, newsletters, promotional materials, and website updates
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event-based platforms
  • Coordinate marketing projects by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication between internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product information, campaign requirements, and event details to ensure accurate and timely content creation
  • Manage social media scheduling and publishing; monitor engagement, respond or escalate inquiries as appropriate, and track performance metrics
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing events such as webinars, conferences, trade shows, and internal initiatives
  • Maintain organized documentation of marketing workflows, approvals, asset libraries, campaign calendars, and status reports
  • Review and validate content and creative assets generated through AI-assisted tools to ensure accuracy, quality, compliance, and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Support basic reporting and analytics activities, compiling campaign performance data and identifying insights for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Bilingual (English/French) is required
  • 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Solid understanding of core marketing principles, including digital campaigns, content marketing, brand positioning, and audience engagement
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading and quality assurance capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences and channels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot); basic HTML knowledge is an asset
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO best practices, and basic marketing analytics/reporting
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate with external vendors or partners
  • Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently or within a team environment
  • Must reside and be authorized to work in Canada.
