Bilingual Instructional Designer

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Bilingual (English/French) Instructional Designer to join our client's team for a 1-year contract. In this role, you will be well-versed in instructional design and adult learning methodologies, using your expertise to create engaging and impactful learning solutions. You will take a holistic view of learning needs, managing projects from concept to completion with strong time management skills to ensure seamless delivery.

This role will require you to work in both English and French, you will be producing French assets, but will have written and verbal communication with English speaking colleagues.

Responsibilities
• Design and develop high-quality, comprehensive learning solutions, including micro-videos, job aids, and interactive learning modules.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to ensure educational content is effective, engaging, and tailored to diverse learning styles.
• Utilize advanced digital tools and multimedia software to create visually compelling and interactive content.
• Analyze learning needs and objective metrics to identify opportunities for program improvement and alignment with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end development timelines effectively, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to synthesize complex information into clear, digestible learning assets.

Qualifications
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fully fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).
• Instructional Design Expertise: Deep knowledge and practical application of instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Advanced Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Articulate and Vyond.
• Multimedia Editing: Proficiency in video editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere and Adobe Rush.
• AI and Voice Tools: Experience utilizing Eleven Labs for voice generation and content enhancement.
• Analytical & Time Management Skills: Strong critical thinking, analytical mindset, and exceptional time management skills to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Portfolio: Candidates must provide samples of their work to demonstrate skills with the desired tools.
