To support this growth, the company is expanding its team of remote Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. Several positions are available, and new training cohorts start on a regular basis.

JOB SUMMARY

As part of a customer service team, the Bilingual Customer Service Representative handles incoming customer calls. The successful candidate responds to inquiries, resolves issues, presents service options suited to each situation, and ensures a quality experience with every interaction.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer phone requests in both English and French.
  • Ask the right questions to fully understand each customer’s situation.
  • Process account and service requests, aiming to resolve them on first contact.
  • Present relevant service options based on the customer’s situation.
  • Accurately document interactions in the computer systems.
  • Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate resources.
  • Meet established quality and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Follow internal procedures and applicable confidentiality standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Fluency in spoken and written English and French.
  • Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Comfort with technology: ability to resolve minor technical issues independently at home.
  • High-speed internet access and a quiet workspace at home.
  • Customer service or call centre experience is an asset.
