Bilingual Business Development Manager

Job Description:

  • Drive Lincoln brand sales and market-share objectives
  • Lead development of individual dealership Lincoln business plans, including annual planning and quarterly implementation reviews
  • Collaborate with the Ford zone manager on wholesale allocation and merchandising plans
  • Assist dealers with inventory management and provide fast-turning reports
  • Establish monthly Lincoln sales targets and work with dealers to achieve them
  • Coordinate and maximize dealer participation and effectiveness in Lincoln tier II advertising campaigns
  • Establish and improve the luxury customer experience at Lincoln dealerships
  • Deliver in-dealership Lincoln experience and product training
  • Implement and measure Lincoln dealership operating standards across sales and service customer touchpoints
  • Help launch dealership and market luxury customer-experience programs
  • Improve Lincoln sales and service satisfaction, loyalty metrics, and Lincoln Experience metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
  • Fully bilingual in French and English with professional oral and written communication proficiency
  • Full driver's license
  • Ability to travel overnight
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada; Ford does not sponsor work permit applications
  • Proof of degree completion required
  • Education Credential Assessment report required for degrees obtained outside Canada
  • 3–5 years of field experience preferred
  • 3–5 years of business development experience
  • Luxury business knowledge and expertise
  • Ability to influence dealers
  • Ability to forge strong professional dealer relationships
  • Great communication skills
