B2B Sales Support Coordinator

Some of what you will do: As the B2B Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support services to Business Development Mangers and Account Managers for accounts deemed strategic in scope on a regional or national level requiring coordination. Working in partnership with the sales team, you will assist with ordering process and verify shipping and on time delivery where required, and work with vendor partners to coordinate for production. You will support sales teams with communication to the sales team, store teams, and customers on projects, and to help ensure that customer service is a priority.

Specifically, You Will:

Collaborate with others and administers project requests from multiple contacts for digital and specialty print requirements.

Assist the Business Development Managers and Account Managers with accounts that are at a regional or national level requiring help with the ordering process, and shipping to multiple locations.

Work with vendor partners and coordinate multiple projects.

Partner with Territory Sales Managers to determine accounts that require administrative support from the B2B sales Coordinator.

Ensure quotations match original order specifications and manage change requests.

Ensure customer orders stay on track and arrive at the customer’s destination when promised.

Directly support strategic accounts (administration, logistics).

Some of what you need:

1-2 Years experience in the graphic arts & printing industry with specific background in print.

College or technical school diploma in graphic arts or related discipline.

Understanding of steps involved in the printing process.

Computer literacy-experience of using software programs routines.

Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft office.

Mathematical Skills-ability to understand basic and complex mathematical calculations.
