B2B Content Writer - Remote, Entry Level

About the role

We're looking for an entry-level content writer to join a growing communications team. You'll write across a range of formats—press releases, articles, case studies, social media content, website copy and email campaigns—for business-to-business clients across various industries.

You'll work directly with clients and subject-matter experts to understand their business, research topics, conduct interviews, and turn complex information into clear, engaging copy that their audience will understand and act on.

What you'll do

Research topics before client calls, prepare thoughtful questions, listen actively, and translate technical or complex information into accessible writing. You'll manage multiple projects and deadlines, adapt your writing style to different audiences, and take initiative to spot gaps in information and fill them.

Skills and background needed

Strong writing and editing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly about unfamiliar industries. You should be curious, comfortable interviewing people, and able to recognise what makes a compelling story. Experience in PR, journalism, content writing or communications is a plus, but not essential—full training will be provided.

How you'll work

This is a fully remote role. You'll have autonomy over your own briefs while working closely with an experienced senior team who provide strategic direction and support your development.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length: Full time, permanent

Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred)
