B2B Appointment Setter, Lead Generation Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

  • Call warm leads generated through company email campaigns
  • Briefly introduce the company and its metal manufacturing capabilities
  • Engage B2B prospects across automotive, heavy equipment, and related industries
  • Identify prospect interest and basic fit
  • Handle initial questions and objections professionally
  • Schedule qualified meetings with interested prospects
  • Maintain a confident, personable, and professional phone presence
  • Maintain accurate prospect information and lead records
  • Track call outcomes, responses, and required next steps
  • Follow up consistently with interested and unresponsive prospects
  • Maintain organized lead lists within Excel
  • Track and progress qualified opportunities
  • Assist with lead nurturing and email campaign activities
  • Work within Brevo and Instantly to support outbound campaigns
  • Use Apollo.io for contact research and prospect information
  • Identify and organize relevant B2B contacts
  • Coordinate phone follow-up with existing email outreach activities
  • Provide task-specific business support services according to agreed timelines, guidelines, and deliverables

Requirements:

  • Previous cold calling, warm calling, or appointment-setting experience required
  • B2B sales or lead generation experience strongly preferred
  • Experience converting prospect conversations into scheduled meetings preferred
  • Experience with higher-volume outbound calling preferred
  • Industrial, manufacturing, automotive, heavy equipment, construction, or similar B2B experience a plus
  • Experience with email outreach and lead nurturing preferred
  • Strong spoken and written English communication required
  • CRM, lead-management, and contact research experience preferred
  • Demonstrated reliability and interest in long-term employment required
  • Excellent, easily understood spoken English
  • Confident and personable B2B phone communication
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
  • Strong appointment-setting and objection-handling ability
  • Reliable and genuinely interested in a long-term position
  • Persistent without being overly aggressive
  • Organized with strong lead-management habits
  • Jovial, energetic, and professional on the phone
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting activity expectations
  • Proficiency in RingCentral, Brevo, Instantly, Apollo.io, Microsoft Excel, and email outreach/lead-management platforms
  • Native or near-native English accent required
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM–3:00 PM EST
  • Independent contractor status under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work
