If you thrive in a role that blends technical expertise with strategic problem-solving, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Administer and maintain the Avature ATS system, including user management, permissions, and system configurations.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ATS, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.Develop and implement system enhancements, integrations, and automations to streamline recruitment processes.Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to ensure effective adoption of the ATS across the organization.Monitor system usage and generate insights to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.Stay updated with the latest ATS trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.Ensure data integrity and security within the ATS, adhering to company policies and compliance standards.Technical Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as an ATS Administrator, preferably with Avature or similar platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).Strong technical skills, including familiarity with APIs, SQL, and system integrations.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.Experience in creating training materials and conducting user training sessions.Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment workflows, and compliance requirements.Certification in Avature ATS or related HR technologies is a plus.Apply Link Form Jobs :
