Associate, Audit & Control
Provides the switchboard, general office, accounts payable and daily balancing functions within the Cash Office. Executes internal services for the store including general and procedural inquiries, and employee parcel and bag check.
Responsibilities
- Ensure inbound customer calls are answered following company standards.
- Accurately route calls to recipients or deliver messages in a timely fashion.
- Maintain phone directory for location.
- Oversee repairs of technical systems (POS, etc.).
- Provide financial support through banking reconciliation, invoice coding, petty cash management, and chargeback investigations.
- Manage Customer’s Own Goods and other Non-Inventory Value/No Charge tracking.
- Ensure general office practices are maintained and the workplace remains neat and tidy to mitigate loss.
- Perform department auditing of company policies and procedures.
- Provide support and follow-up on audits to ensure compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber‑security measures.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of previous work experience in a similar environment; retail preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proven track record of strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Compensation & Benefits
Hiring Range: $17.60 – $24.00 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s unique skills, experience, and performance.
